After physical training it is important for your body to recover nutrients to prevent muscle wasting and to help the muscles recover faster.

The Post Workout formula, is a preparation for recovery drink that contains, carbohydrates and proteins in the ratio 3:1, it’s also load of minerals and vitamins that will help the body accelerate its recovery by replenishing energy levels after intense training or competition.

Carbohydrates are the main energy source during sports activity, its replacement after exercise is essential.

Especially recommended to improve adaptation to training and avoid soreness after intense exercise. Also prevents immune system from weakening that powerful training and adverse weather can often cause.

How to Use:

Add 30g (2 tbsp) to 300ml of plant-based milk or water and mix well. Drink between 30min and 2 hours after sports activity.

The combination pays special attention to promote muscular deflation, in the recovery of damaged tissues and in boosting the immune system.

It contains ingredients rich in protein such as Pea Protein, Moringa and Quinoa. Proteins help to increase and preserve muscle mass, a beneficial effect for strength and endurance sports.

Moringa, because of its high content of minerals such as Potassium, Calcium, Iron and Magnesium, facilitates rehydration and incorporates minerals lost by excessive sweating and repeated muscle contractions. It is also an excellent source of protein.

Chestnut flour, rice maltodextrin and Agave syrup help to recover the glycogen reserve due to its richness in carbohydrates. Contribution of different glycemic indexes so that the entry of glucose into the cells is gradual.

The powder of rhizomes Turmeric and Ginger help to reduce muscle and joint discomfort caused by overload during exercise. They are also antioxidant helping to neutralize the excess of free radicals produced during psysical activity.

The vitamin D complex from mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) acts as an immunomodulator in addition to helping to maintain strong bones and contributes to the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus.
